Nootropic
Stacks

“Stacking” – that is, combining multiple nootropics synergistically. Targeted example combinations and the logic behind them.

What is Stacking?

A nootropic "stack" means using several nootropics together to achieve an effect that no single substance can provide. In a well-designed stack the substances complement each other: one offsets another's side effects, or they support the same goal through different mechanisms. The classic example is caffeine + L-Theanine: L-Theanine preserves focus while softening caffeine's jittery effects.

The example stacks below are offered as a starting point; there is no one-size-fits-all formula. Always start with a single substance and build up while observing your tolerance.

Safety Note

Stacks can increase the risk of interactions and side effects. Don't start several substances at once; add each one individually and assess your tolerance. If you take medication regularly or have a health condition, always consult a physician before trying any stack. This content is not medical advice.
